Sara James Sings "Running Up That Hill" by Kate Bush | NBC's AGT Finals 2022

If you're still obsessing over Sara James' finale performance from America's Got Talent Season 17, we have great news: Her cover of "Running Up That Hill" is now available to stream on all music platforms.

How to Watch

Watch the Season 19 premiere of America’s Got Talent Tuesday, May 28 at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock

James took to Instagram to announce the exciting career update, captioning a promo photo, "'Running up that hill' is out now everywhere! Go and listen 🤍." If you're a fan of classic '80s bops and beautifully dreamy vocals, you've got to give James' cover of "Running Up That Hill" a listen. You won't regret it!

Earning the coveted Golden Buzzer from Judge Simon Cowell, the 14-year-old singer soared to the AGT Live Shows over the summer after a jaw-dropping Audition of Billie Eilish's "Lovely," instantly capturing the hearts of AGT fans everywhere. As a vocalist in a group of seriously talented Season 17 Acts, James traveled from Poland to see her dreams actualize on the AGT stage, and it was well worth the journey. James stunned the Judges again with her Live Shows performance of Elton John's "Rocket Man," blasting her off to become an AGT finalist.

James captivated the audience for the last time with a mesmerizing rendition of Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill," earning the young singer a standing ovation from Cowell, Howie MandelHeidi Klum, and Sofia Vergara. Placing sixth in the competition, after watching James' final performance, Klum described her as one of AGT's "greatest discoveries."

James' downtempo take to the viral Bush track is exceptionally unique, stripping the song of its bouncy, pop-fueled notes to instead focus on James' vibrant vocals and effortless belt. The hypnotic cover is worthy of many repeat listens.

Stay tuned for AGT: All Stars coming soon, and watch AGT on Peacock and NBC.
