Heidi Klum Shared a Pic of Herself at Her Daughter Leni's Age and, Wow, They're Twins
The AGT Judge and her daughter are both models!
Leni Klum can truly say she got it from her mama. The model and college student is the daughter of catwalk queen, Halloween innovator, and America's Got Talent Judge Heidi Klum, and if you didn't see their likeness before, you're about to. German-born Klum just shared a picture of herself at 19, the same age Leni is now, and the resemblance is uncanny.
Heidi Klum at 19 years old looks just like her daughter, Leni
In a throwback Instagram picture you can see here, Klum stares down the lens in what looks like a Versace jacket, already a pro in front of the camera. "@leniklum this is me at your age now 🙃❤️📸🤪" the AGT Judge captioned the pic. And they do give similar face. It's something in the stare. See Leni's here.
And where did Heidi Klum get it from? Her mama, of course. All three generations of Klum ladies posed together at a recent event celebrating the launch of Heidi and Leni's line with Italian lingerie brand Intimissimi. Clearly, the family is close, so it's understandable that Klum had just a little trouble letting go when Leni left for college. "I’m trying not to freak out, 'cause, you know, we all have to do this at some point, we all have to leave the nest," she said in an interview when Leni first left home. "You can’t forever live with your parents...Sometimes I sit at the dinner table…and I literally have to go cry somewhere and come back because it’s so sad."
But make no mistake, Heidi Klum is a carbon copy of nobody. She is the one and the only, which she reminds us of every year at Halloween with her elaborate costumes. In 2022, she memorably encased herself inside a full-body worm costume, launching a thousand memes and potentially scarring all viewers forever. And while 2023's costume was maybe not as funny, it was every bit as impressive. In a bright blue bodysuit, Klum was a peacock, with Cirque du Soleil dancers forming the "feathers" behind her. Her ever-game husband, Tom Kaulitz, was by her side as a giant bird's egg.
