February 28 marked the 10th birthday of Gwen Stefani's youngest son, Apollo, and to honor the occasion she posted the sweetest moment between him and his stepdad, Blake Shelton.

How to Watch

Watch The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

In the video that Stefani shared on her official Instagram page, we get to see snapshots of Apollo as a baby while Coldplay's ''Magic" played in the background. Then, Apollo adorably sits on Shelton's lap while on the set of The Voice, before they give each other a big hug.

''Double digits 🥰🥰 happiest of happy birthdays sweet Apollo, i love u 🤍'' Stefani wrote in the caption.

For Apollo's 9th birthday last year, Stefani shared even more sweet moments of him as just a tot, and another snapshot of him and Shelton smiling together

“My world is so much bigger with u in it, happy birthday, apollo ♥️♥️ i love u so much” Stefani wrote in the caption.

Shelton is a dedicated stepdad to Apollo and Stefani's two other sons, 17-year-old Kingston and 15-year-old Zuma. In a February 2023 interview with Access, he explained that wanting to spend more time with them was a big reason he left The Voice after 23 Seasons

“I think being a stepdad has changed my perspective in that I’m not the first person that I think about anymore," he said. "Even to the small little things when you go, ‘I think I’ll do this,’ the very next thought is always,‘Well, wait a minute. How’s that going work?' Or, 'What will they think?' Or, 'How will that affect a schedule?'"

“I think the only way for me to really do that right is to step away from being committed to something like The Voice that demands a lot of your time," he continued. "There’s no way around it. If you’re going to do it and do it right, you have to be 150 percent in. And I just feel like those days are behind me for now. I got a more important job."

Gwen Stefani opens up about being a mom to Apollo

In a recent interview with The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show, according to People, Stefani talked about the blessing of having Apollo. According to the interview, Zuma was hopeful for another sibling.

"I was like, 'I'm too old. I'm not having any more babies. I'm sorry, love. He just wanted a baby, so he would start praying every night for this baby. Four weeks later, praying every night like, 'Please, let my mom have a baby,' and I'm pregnant with Apollo," she said.
