It’s one of his most popular songs in concert — and also the inspiration behind a chain of restaurants.

How to Watch

Watch The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

The Voice Coach Blake Shelton’s Ole Red bars and restaurants boast food, drink, and of course, live music. When you visit the restaurant chain co-owned by Shelton, you can expect Southern, feel-good meals, and you might even spot a former Voice Artist or two!

Shelton's newest Ole Red location opened in Sin City in April 2024. In a recent interview with ET, the cowboy discussed why he thinks Las Vegas is an optimal location for the venue.

"It really does feel like you've stepped in through a portal and you're in Nashville when you come through the doors, which is so perfect for Las Vegas because country music has always had a place here... I think it's gonna be great for the country music industry to have this home base here in Vegas," he told the outlet.

Where Can I Find Blake Shelton's Restaurants?

The restaurants can be found in Las Vegas, Nashville, Tennessee (as well as the Nashville airport), Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Orlando, Florida, and Tishomingo, Oklahoma (Shelton’s hometown).

The four-story Vegas location is in front of Caesars Entertainment’s Horseshoe at the Grand Bazaar Shops, and includes a rooftop lounge. It is the largest location to date, seating 686 people total.

What Kind of Food Does Ole Red Serve?

The Ole Red menu differs a bit based on location, but the idea is the same: good, home-cooked Southern meals.

At the Nashville location, for example, you’ll find starters like fried pickles and poutine. There are plenty of burgers, as well as barbecue options like pulled pork and brisket. Entrees include bacon-wrapped meatloaf, chicken fried steak, catfish and smoked gouda grits, as well as chicken and waffles.

In true Southern style, Ole Red creates dessert in mason jars, with options like banana pudding.

And if you’re looking for a good cocktail, Ole Red is your place. You’ll find drinks like the Hillbilly Seltzer, Tennessee ‘Ritas, and Drunkin’ Mules.

But if you want to get more adventurous, other locations offer specialties — like Bar-b-que gator in Orlando and fried water critters in Tishomingo.

Who Performs at Ole Red?

Country artists, many of whom are trying to make it big, perform at Ole Red as a way to connect with fans and try to launch their careers. Shelton also performs sometimes, as do past The Voice Artists.

That's what really sets Ole Red apart: its live performances. After all, its slogan is “top country talent, served hot all day.”

Ole Red puts a spotlight on top talent every month, featuring them on its website, and sharing more on how you can hear and follow the artists. You’ll also find lineups on the website of who’s coming to perform and when you can see them.

As mentioned, you might also be lucky enough to catch Blake Shelton himself performing. He surprised travelers at the Ole Red Nashville airport location in May, according to Taste of Country.

Shelton is also known to go the extra mile for his Team Blake contestants on The Voice before retiring from his chair last month, even featuring former Artists at Ole Red. Season 11 winner Sundance Head joined Shelton on his 2017 “Doing It To Country Songs” Tour.

Season 18 winner Todd Tilghman also got extra attention from Shelton after his win, when Shelton invited Tilghman to perform for the first time at the famous Grand Ole Opry in Nashville in September 2022.

March 20-22 marked The Voice Double-Chair takeover event in the Nashville location. There, patrons got to sit on  Coach duo Dan + Shay's Double Chair, and watch performances by country music’s hottest rising stars, The Voice alumni & special guests.

This April, Shelton's wife, Gwen Stefani, joined him onstage at the Las Vegas location for a surprise rendition of their hit duet "No Body But You."

Ole Red is owned and operated by Ryman Hospitality Properties, as part of its Opry Entertainment division. Shelton is an Opry member, according to Ryman.
