Gwen Stefani Shared Sweet, Rare Footage of Her Kids at Blake's Walk of Fame Event
They were all super proud of their stepdad!
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have one big happy family!
On May 14, Stefani took to her official Instagram page (via video) to give us an inside glimpse of her, Shelton, and her three children in a rare public moment. They all hit downtown L.A. on May 12 to celebrate Shelton's major accomplishment of getting his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The IG video shows Stefani, Shelton, and Stefani's three children all standing on the red carpet together and smiling. Shelton then checks out some artsy black-and-white photographs of him on the set of The Voice, while Stefani's song "Rare" plays. We then see Shelton adorably high-fiving one of his stepchildren, celebrating his accomplishment, before seeing a series of sweet selfies of Stefani and Shelton.
"a huge congrats to my husband @blakeshelton ⭐️ u are my dream come true - ur so rare and i feel incredibly blessed to call u mine," Stefani gushed in the caption.
This wasn't the only way Stefani showed her love to Shelton on that wonderful day. She also gave a heartwarming speech to her husband during his official induction.
"It blows my mind being here today. To stand on the Hollywood Walk of Fame celebrating my husband, Blake Shelton," she began. "You are so deserving of this honor, and the boys and I, all of your friends, your family, your colleagues, could not be more proud."
"There is no one more authentic than this guy. He lives and he breathes country music. He is a country music jukebox, and it is in his DNA. He was born to do this and hasn't done anything because he's wanted to be a star; he has just always been a star," she also said.
She added, "Blake, you are a rare human being, and for all the success that you have had in your life as a singer, a songwriter, a musician, a performer, an entertainer, an actor, a comedian, an entrepreneur, he's the same guy today as he was back then. A country guy with a lot of love for country music. He's magnetic, the most generous person you'll ever know, and always just him no matter where he goes. Making people laugh, making people happy, making jokes...The reason Blake Shelton is here today on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is because you are part of the country dream, the Hollywood dream, and you are part of the American dream. And everybody knows you are my dream come true. I love you."
