When will episodes of Found return?

Found has been renewed for Season 2, but it is unknown when Season 2 will air on NBC.

When viewers last saw Gabi, she seemed “done” with her one-time captor, placing a phone call in the final moments of Season 1, Episode 11 to an unknown person and asking them to come over. It was revealed in Episode 12 that person was Dhan, who helped her initially track down Sir — but didn't know she had chosen to hold Sir captive rather than turn him over to law enforcement or kill him.

Gabi’s patience with Sir — who she often turned to for help solving the firm’s most complex cases — has seemed to run out after she discovered the truth about Annie, another teen once held captive by Sir.

Gabi has been determined to seek justice for Annie ever since her own captivity two decades earlier.  As a teen, young Gabi (Azaria Carter) learned she wasn’t the only one to have been kidnapped by her English teacher Hugh Evans after finding a note from Annie hidden in a book in the cabin where she was being held. .

Then 69 days into her captivity, Annie showed up at the cabin’s window while Evans, who insisted Gabi call him “Sir,” was away. Annie was wearing a red ribbon in her hair and promised to get Gabi help.

But Annie never returned, and Sir implied that Annie had met a grim fate at dinner later that night when he dropped a red ribbon onto the table and told Gabi he “stopped her from ruining our life.”

For decades, Gabi believed that Sir killed Annie. However, she discovered in Episode 11 that Sir merely threatened to get Annie committed to a mental institution for life if she told anyone about Gabi, essentially ensuring her silence.

While taking a fresh look at the case, Gabi learned from her frequent ally, Detective Mark Trent (Brett Dalton), that Annie died just two years earlier in a drunk-driving related crash.

“While everybody around me has been healing, I let you drag me into Hell,” an angry Gabi told Sir. “All I was holding on to was a chance to avenge Annie, and now there is nothing to avenge.”

Then, Gabi called Dhan, ready to expose the truth to her team. She hasn't yet — but what will happen when she tells everyone? Will she turn in Sir as well? That is, if she can even find him?
