Howie Mandel Has Shoulder-Length Hair and Side Bangs in This Childhood Pic
The America's Got Talent Judge sported quite a different look during his school days.
In February 2019, Mandel tweeted a rare, throwback photo from his childhood. In the black and white yearbook snapshot, Mandel rocked a full head of curly brown shoulder-length hair — with side bangs.
"Look how pretty I was," Mandel cheekily captioned the post.

This hasn't been the only time Mandel's shown us his old hairdos. This April, he shared a vintage photo from him in 1972 getting ready for wrestling practice. In the snapshot, Mandel had a voluminous mane that was totally representative of the time.
Mandel also shared some throwback pics of himself in the 1980s during his St. Elsewhere days rocking some curls.
Fast-forward to 2023, and Mandel gave us a teaser of what he would look like if he had hair again. In a fun video posted to his official Instagram page, he filmed himself in a dressing room while wearing a bowler hat, glasses, and a brown wig with bangs.
"Listen, as somebody who enjoys posting and being part of social media, I've been coming to my wit's end, so I'm considering turning off my comment sections as of the 15th of next month," he jokingly told the camera, committing to the bit.
Howie Mandel on America's Got Talent
Since 2010, Mandel has been a Judge on America's Got Talent who's known for giving down to earth feedback while always adding a sense of humor to the mix.
“My general thought is, ‘I’m always right because it’s instinctual at the moment,'” Mandel explained to KTLA 5. “Talent is subjective. I may love something that you will hate. If it makes me feel good and I respond to it and I’m blown away by it, how could I be wrong? How could anybody be wrong?”
“On the panel, there is something for everybody. Simon [Cowell] is the boss and he’s the music mogul, Sofia [Vergara] has been in the business forever, Heidi [Klum] is this great brilliant, not only a supermodel, but a business person and brand ambassador," the comedian added. "For me, it’s all about the public."
Mandel also expressed his awe with recent Contestants in an interview with NBC Insider. "I’m telling you, I am continuously bowled over,” he said. “People from all walks of life, from all corners of this planet, have the ability to come and bowl us over. And that’s amazing.”
