Niall Horan's Acoustic Cover of a Hannah Montana Song Is Surprisingly Soulful

The Voice Season 24 Coach tackled this classic from Miley Cyrus, a.k.a Hannah Montana, a.k.a also a Coach alum from The Voice

By Jackie Manno

In 2023, The Voice Coach Niall Horan put a unique spin on one of Miley Cyrus' very first songs: "The Best of Both Worlds" from the TV series Hannah Montana, where she played the titular role.

How to Watch

Watch the Season 26 premiere of The Voice on Monday, September 23 at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

During Horan's cover, he strummed his guitar while sitting in front of a slew of Hannah Montana posters. He played the usually-upbeat tune with still confidence, infusing it with a surprising amount of soul.

Check out his version of the song further down this post.

What to know about "The Best of Both Worlds" by Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus

"The Best of Both Worlds" is the theme song to the TV series Hannah Montana, which ran from 2006 to 2011. It was sung by Miley Cyrus' (named Miley Stewart on the show) alter ego, Hannah Montana, as the premise was that Cyrus' character led a secret life as a pop star.
