Michelle Obama on The Tonight Show April 2023: Where to Watch

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has a very special guest stopping by in April: Former First Lady Michelle Obama! 

This marks Obama's first stop on the show since 2021, and she'll have a lot to talk about. From her new podcast Michelle Obama: The Light Podcast to her Netflix special debuting April 25 (titled The Light We Carry: Michelle Obama & Oprah Winfrey), she has been keeping quite busy since her time in the Oval Office. Obviously! 

Even still, she's making time to have some fun with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. She's a pro at being a guest on the program, of course, having previously joined Fallon for a special edition of "Thank You Notes" and "Tonight Show Surprises," where she surprised unsuspecting fans in the elevators at 30 Rock. What shenanigans will these two get into this time? You'll have to watch to find out.

Michelle Obama released her latest book, The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times, in 2022. She went on a six-city tour to discuss the book, including one stop where she had a conversation with Oprah Winfrey. That discussion is the basis for their Netflix special, The Light We Carry: Michelle Obama & Oprah Winfrey.

"Last year, I set out on an intimate six-city tour where I sat down with some of my dearest friends—and many of you—to talk about my latest book, #TheLightWeCarry," Obama said on Instagram about the project.
