Susan Kelechi Watson and Mandy Moore Just Won 2 Big Awards for This Is Us

Congratulations are in order! Former co-stars Mandy Moore and Susan Kelechi Watson have both been recognized for their exceptional work on This Is Us Season 6. 

Watson took home a Black Reel Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama (Sterling K. Brown won at the Black Reel Awards, as well, for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series); meanwhile, Moore won the Virtuoso Award at the 2022 Hollywood Critics Association TV Awards, where This Is Us also nabbed Best Cable Drama.

"Can't wait to hold it in my hands," Watson wrote on Instagram in wake of news of her win. "Thank you so much Black Reel! #fortheculture #blackreelawards."

Moore also took to Instagram to commemorate her win. "Never met a cape I didn’t love… and this @rodarte dress is no exception," Moore wrote in a caption. "Thank you for honoring me and our @nbcthisisus family tonight, @hollywoodcriticsassociation. Loved a mini reunion with the fam but @susankelechiwatson, @chrissymetz, @sterlingkbrown, @sullivangrams- you were missed!!! Backstage at the HCAs show, Moore was joined by This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman; producers Jess Rosenthal, David Windsor, and Isaac Aptaker; and fellow actors Milo Ventimiglia, Gerald McRaney, Genevieve Angelson, Caitlin Thompson, Jennifer Morrison, Justin Hartley, and Jon Huertas. 

Although This Is Us has come to an end, the fact that it's still receiving recognition speaks volumes on behalf of the talented cast and crew who made it all possible.
