Kelly Clarkson's Cover of 'In My Mind' by John Legend Will Leave You Speechless

Kelly Clarkson has us asking some serious questions on the heels of her most recent Kellyoke cover of John Legend's "In My Mind." The most important question being: How does she nail it every. Single. Time? The Kelly Clarkson Show Host took the stage on May 18th to sing the track by her fellow Voice Coach, Legend. And it will blow you away. Watch for yourself in the video, above. 

Clarkson recently finished her run as Host (alongside Snoop Dogg) for the music competition show American Song Contest. Oklahoma native AleXa was ultimately crowned the winner, taking home the title of Best Original Song.

The Kelly Clarkson Show was nominated for nine Daytime Emmys this year. The awards show airs June 24th, and if Clarkson wins, it won't be her first time. The 2021 Emmys marked two wins for The Kelly Clarkson Show, including Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host and Outstanding Talk Show. 

"Thank you so much everybody for voting for me,” Clarkson said when she won last year. “I would love to accept the award just for me, but honestly, I think everybody that's ever done a show like this knows there's a whole heap of people standing around behind the cameras. And our staff and making me look good and sound good and getting these brilliant stories and heartfelt stories that we get to share with everybody, and thank you to my band...I thank you for the award, but honestly, so many people are deserving of this—not just me."
