America's Got Talent Season 5 runner-up Jackie Evancho just did a beautiful take on a '90s alternative classic.

How to Watch

On February 27, Evancho paired up with singer Ally Salort for a chilling rendition of ''Linger'' by The Cranberries. Evancho balanced Salort's clear tone perfectly by handling the lower notes.

Check out their gorgeous version later down in this post.

What to know about ''Linger'' by The Cranberries

Released off of the band's 1993 debut album Everybody Else is Doing It, So Why Can't We?, the song reached the number 8 position on the Billboard US Hot 100 Charts.

In 2018, shortly after the death of lead singer Dolores O’Riordan, Billboard referred to the ballad as ''A wistful '90s gem that's pure Irish poetry,''

''It’s a tale of love, deceit and the lingering feelings of desire for an impossible relationship, an impossible situation, and an impossible partner who broke the contract of love,'' the outlet wrote of the track.
