Simon Cowell Welcomed a Sweet New Puppy Into His Family — and You'll Adore Her Name
We're so in love, as is Simon.
Simon Cowell's family just grew by four fluffy paws. The America's Got Talent: Fantasy League Judge welcomed a new pet into the family, and the only thing cuter than her face is her name.
"Our family has had a new arrival ..." Cowell wrote on Instagram alongside two pictures of himself holding a ridiculously cute puppy, who seems to be at least part German Shepherd. In the first photo, the pooch sticks a bit of her tongue out, and Cowell makes a kissy face. In the second, he nuzzles her soft ear.

"Her name is Pebbles," he added. Pebbles! On Instagram, fans are already in love with the good girl.
"Awww look at those eyes ❤️ Nothing better than a four legged addition to the family 😍," wrote one. Added another, "Oh she's adorable! Hi pebbles x."

Cowell is already dog dad to many other dogs: Daisy, Freddie, and Yorkshire Terriers Squiddly and Diddly. In August 2022, he posted a short montage titled "bring a puppy to work day," in which he carries a pup on a red carpet and gives it a kiss, a Pomsky called Odin that he also seems to have adopted.
In 2015, Cowell opened up about how much joy his dogs (at the time, he had three) had brought him, telling Glamour, "I have always loved dogs but had no idea how much happiness they would bring to my life. Squiddly, Diddly, and, now, Freddie, are hugely important members of my family—and even the thought of any dog being mistreated sickens me. That's why I'm supporting Cruelty Free International — to stop dogs being used for experiments in laboratories around the world. No dog should be treated in such a way. After all they are man's (and woman's) best friend."

Despite his reputation for frank honesty, being sharp, Cowell clearly has a soft side. In fact, he made a surprisingly tender confession to fellow Judge Mel B during the premiere of America's Got Talent: Fantasy League.
“Can I be honest with you? I’ve actually missed you,” he told the Spice Girl, much to her delight. On her other side, fellow Judge Heidi Klum agreed. "I know, me too!" said the German-born model, as Howie Mandel hilariously observed, "Mel Be back." "It's like getting the family back together," added Klum, while Brown gave Cowell a friendly pat on the back.
