The Queen of Pop recently stopped by The Tonight Show to catch up with her old pal, Jimmy Fallon.

During her appearance, Madonna also joined Fallon and The Roots for a long overdue jam session. The crew performed "Music," the title track from Madonna's eighth studio album released in 2000. And they did the whole set with classroom instruments!

Madonna also spoke about some of her fashion choices and took a moment to address something that's been on everyone's mind: Her grills.

"I just got these new grills, and if I start lisping will you tell me?" Madonna told Fallon of her new mouth embellishments. "They're my 'birthday grills. It's almost my birthday, so I got myself a pair of grills."

Despite the singer's knack for trendsetting, fans haven't always been supportive of her mouth jewelry.

"People have a problem with my grills, I don't know why," she said. "I just like the way it looks—it's mouth jewelry —and I have really ugly teeth." (We disagree! Madonna has a gorgeous and iconic smile!)

The musician's 16-year-old son David Banda also inherited his mother's style.

"He can put on any outfit and look swag as 'you know what,'" Madonna said. "It's really irritating. He wears my clothes and looks better in them. He can even wear a dress and look butch." Sounds like a future style icon in the making.
