In 2012, Kelly Clarkson did one of the greatest powerhouse vocalists of all time justice: Aretha Franklin. The Kelly Clarkson Show Host covered Franklin's tune "Ain't No Way" during a concert in Alabama, and her soulful rendition will leave your heart aching.

Clarkson started off the performance with some gentle crooning and perfectly-balanced vibrato. Her voiced then soared, and she used a slight southern drawl to add some real character to the performance. Blues-y piano riffs played in the background while Clarkson pulled off some heavenly vocal flips. She then hit a sustained belting note with a hint of rasp in her voice, causing the crowd to go wild. She then wrapped things up by singing with pure passion and completely immersing herself in the music.
