Starting with his The Voice debut, Justin Aaron quickly made an impression when he made the bold choice to sing John Legend's 2015 hit, "Glory" for his Blind Audition. The Grammy-winner didn't end up turning his red chair, confessing he "overanalyzed" Aaron's performance. However in a surprising twist, Gwen Stefani was the only Coach to turn her chair, automatically making the Junction City, Kansas native a part of Team Gwen.

How to Watch

Watch The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

From there, it all worked out in Aaron's favor: His Knockout Round rendition of “Can We Talk” by Tevin Campbell was dubbed the "sexiest" of the season by Camila Cabello and he consistently avoided being voted into the bottom each week during Live Shows. He made it very far into the competition, ultimately eliminated in the Top 8—just days before the Finale—as the last member of #TeamGwen standing.

In addition to his vocal talent, the Coaches and Voice family praised Aaron for his personality. "It's very hard for me to find words right now because I'm very emotional," Stefani said before Aaron was sent home. "I was up all night praying for you, thinking about this. Camila turned to me and said you are the kindest person on the show this season and everybody feels it."

Though his time on Season 22 was cut short, Aaron is still looking towards the future. Read on to see what the 34-year-old has been up to since leaving the show.
