We all know breakfast is widely considered to be the most important meal of the day. And if you've ever wondered what foods your favorite NBC stars eat to kick off their mornings, you're in luck. A new NBC video, below, reveals just that. Some of the answers may surprise you. Bon appétit!

How to Watch

Watch Chicago Fire Wednesdays at 9/8c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

Taylor Kinney, Kelly Severide, Chicago Fire

"Oreos. So, I'll have two chocolate Oreos and two vanilla Oreos, and I usually don't mess with them too much, but I dunk them in whole milk....bing, bang, boom, breakfast, out the door, and I'm ready for the day."

Eamonn Walker, Wallace Boden, Chicago Fire

"A favorite breakfast that I love when I'm not working is an English Breakfast—two eggs, sausage, beans, toast. But I can't have that and then work, because my stomach wants to kind of just go to sleep."

Joe Minoso, Joe Cruz, Chicago Fire

"A cup of coffee because it's usually 4:30 or 5 'o clock in the morning when we have to get up to do this show."

Watch Chicago Fire on NBC Wednesdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock.

Raymond Lee, Dr. Ben Song, Quantum Leap

"I usually have about four to six eggs, throw in some avocado, and then I'll do a little bit of, like, yogurt, and a giant cup of coffee."

Caitlin Bassett, Addison Augustine, Quantum Leap

"Everyday...scrambled eggs with fruit on the side. Go-to when I'm doing it up is Eggs Benedict every time."

Watch Quantum Leap Mondays at 10/9c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

Jessy Schram, Dr. Hannah Asher, Chicago Med

"My biggest breakfast crazy splurge—layered pancakes with chocolate chips and whipped cream."

Watch Chicago Med Wednesdays at 8/7c on NBC and the next day on Peacock.

Amy Morton, Trudy Platt, Chicago P.D.

As for Morton, if the confines of reality didn't exist, she'd wake up to a breakfast spread akin to one she had while in Australia.

"It's the most beautiful plate you can possibly imagine with fruits that I had never seen before, and I ate the whole thing, no problem," says Morton.

Watch Chicago P.D. Wednesdays at 10/9c on NBC and next day on Peacock

Uli Latukefu, Dwayne Johnson in his 20's, Young Rock

"My breakfast is pretty boring. It's oatmeal, bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, and protein, that's it."

Watch Young Rock Fridays at 8:30/7:30c on NBC and the next day on Peacock

Melissa Rauch, Abby Stone, Night Court

"As I'm feeding my children a beautiful plate for each of them, I grab the remnants of what's in the pan, and I shove it in my face as I'm giving them a beautiful breakfast."

Watch Night Court Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.
