Kevin Hart: Reality Check Standup Special Sets Premiere Date on Peacock – How to Watch
Kevin Hart's latest standup special, based on his Reality Check tour, is coming straight to Peacock and promises the comedian will be more unfiltered than ever before.
Peacock is kicking off the month of July with a new standup special from the incomparable and hilarious Kevin Hart. The comedian’s newest special, Kevin Hart: Reality Check, will premiere exclusively on Peacock on July 6, a day that’s very special to him.
Not only will the standup special based on his long national tour of the same name drop for all the world to stream on that date, but fans can also tune in to the kick of Season 3 of his talk show, Hart to Heart, which will air on the platform as well. What a way to celebrate your birthday. That’s right, July 6 marks the actor and comic’s actual 44th birthday!
To get people excited for next month’s big premiere, Peacock dropped a teaser trailer for Kevin Hart: Reality Check that showcases what’s in store for viewers who tune in. In short, Hart is pulling no punches and taking no prisoners with this special. He makes that clear from the first moment when he brings a bat on stage and lets anyone who would dare approach know exactly what will happen to them.
“I’m gonna knock your f---ing head off, I swear to God,” he says.
The NSFW trailer promises an unfiltered Hart experience, made evident by the fact that he will not be censored in any way. No bleeps over curse words here, and Hart says a lot of them in Reality Check, so brace yourselves.
“Some of the s--t I say tonight is going to be mean,” he declares in the trailer. “Let it happen and have a good time.”
The special is billed as one hour of unforgettable comedy as Hart self-reflects on his growing family, fame, his relationship with Black Twitter, and much more. To prove that he’s swinging for the fence with this grand return to the stage, Kevin Hart: Reality Check was filmed before a sold-out crowd at Resort World in Las Vegas. From the trailer, you can tell that all in attendance were laughing their heads off at his jokes and tall tales about his life.
In fact, he may even lose some famous friends by the end of the special.
"LeBron James, a real good friend of mine," Hart concludes in the trailer. "Well, he was. He hasn’t heard this joke yet, we’ll see what happens."
