See Kodi Lee's Epic Encore Performance of His AGT Audition, "A Song For You"
The AGT Season 14 Winner was accompanied by many other former Contestants.
Lee appeared onstage to perform a throwback rendition of his original audition song that made him go viral: "A Song For You" by Donny Hathaway. During his performance, he shook things up by hitting some impressive high notes and riffs.
But the night wasn't done there, as a slew of other former AGT Contestants did their own acts as well. Aerialist and America's Got Talent: All-Stars Season 1 Winner Aidan Bryant did a beautiful routine in the air while Lee was singing, taking the performance up a notch.
Then, Pack Drumline from Season 17 did an invigorating, upbeat routine with their percussion instruments. They moved in a perfect streamline order to "Astronaut in the Ocean" by Masked Wolf, filling up the stage with intoxicating energy.
Season 13 novelty act The Human Fountains were next, spraying water out of their mouths strategically to "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" by Celine Dion. In a twist, they invited Judge Heidi Klum on stage, and just when they were going to spray some water in her mouth, she ducked just in time.
The next act was The Light Balance Kids, Finalists from Season 14. They started off their dance behind the Judge's chairs, then transitioned to the stage, doing some intricate choreography to "Can't Stop The Feeling" by Justin Timberlake. Laser beams flashed behind them while they did their creative dance, and confetti was released into the air when they struck their final pose.
Kodi Lee and Howie Mandel behind the scenes of the America's Got Talent Season 18 Live Shows
That night, Kodi Lee also took to his official Instagram page to share a fun exchange between him and Judge Howie Mandel. In the clip, Lee and Mandel stood next to each other while backstage, and then "magically" switched sides after a jump cut.
"You're amazing, how did you do that?" Mandel said with a chuckle.
"Oh my god, so good!" Lee responded, playing along with the joke.
"A quick #AGT magic trick for you," Lee captioned the post.
Lee is no stranger to connecting with previous AGT acts. In a recent interview with NBC Insider, he revealed who he remains the most in contact with today.
"Deadly Games and Duo Transcend because they always work hard at improving," he told us.
