The This Is Us Couples Swooning Over Each Other Will Give You All the Feels

Grab the tissues: Milo Ventimiglia just said, "Jack would not be Jack if it weren't for Mandy Moore."

By Michelle Regalado

No show puts us more in our feels than This Is Us—and that’s due in no small part to the heartfelt romances between the main couples. Remember when Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) called Rebecca (Mandy Moore) his "daily meteor shower?" Or when Randall (Sterling K. Brown) told Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) he knows her soul better than his own? The love between these characters runs deep, and it's kept fans running for the tissues since 2016. Our tear ducts! Our poor, worn-out tear ducts!

How to Watch

Watch This Is Us episodes on NBC.

As the sixth and final season rolls on, Moore, Ventimiglia, Brown, and Kelechi Watson are taking a look back on their respective This Is Us couple journeys. And no surprise: Watching them talk about each other out of character is just as sweet as the most heartwarming This Is Us episodes.

“My version of Jack would not be Jack if it weren’t for Mandy Moore,” Ventimiglia says. “She's the most wonderful partner I've had on camera."

Moore has similar feelings. "I've had such a real partner in Milo from the beginning," she says. "Literally from the audition, when he asked me in a very polite, gentlemanly way, 'Is it OK if I snuggle into your neck for this scene?'"

Brown and Kelechi Watson also have a beautiful partnership. "So much of what I do is with Sterling," Kelechi Watson says. "A loving couple who's been together for a long time and also that is willing to do life at its deepest levels with one another. They're willing to do that together."

Adds Brown, “It’s special, and it has this really delicate balance to it. It’s always felt easy."

Easy for them, maybe, but an emotional gut-punch for fans—in the best way.

Watch Moore, Ventimiglia, Brown, and Kelechi Watson swoon over each other some more in the video, above.

This Is Us airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
