Television lovers, big news: NBC just announced its lineup of fall television shows for 2023, and it's stacked

Of course, so many of your favorites will be back in action. We're talking the return of Night Court, The Voice, Quantum Leap, all the Chicago series, plus Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. (Don't worry: Organized Crime is coming in 2024!) And there are so many new shows to look forward to, as well.

Take The Irrational, based on bestselling author Dan Ariely’s Predictably Irrational. The high-stakes drama centers on Alec Mercer, a world-renowned leader in behavioral science who uses his unique perspective on human behavior to crack cases on governments, law enforcement, and corporations.

Or what about Extended Family, a new comedy from Jon Cryer? Here's the synopsis: "Jim and Julia, after an amicable divorce, decide to continue to raise their kids at the family home while taking turns on who gets to stay with them. Navigating the waters of divorce and child-sharing gets more complicated for Jim when Trey, the owner of his favorite sports team, enters the picture and wins Julia’s heart." Sounds so good, right?

And if you're looking for the perfect nightcap to SVU, you have to check out Found, a missing-persons procedural starring the legendary Shanola Hampton.

That's going to be absolutely stunning.

La BreaMagnum P.I., and Season 2 of Lopez vs. Lopez are all on the agenda for midseason/summer 2024, too, plus Seasons 3 and 4 of the beloved medical drama Transplant. (Chicago Med fans, are you listening?)

What did we say? Stacked. Let the countdown begin!
