Why Heidi Klum Gave 13-Year-Old 'Little Star' Aidan McCann Her Golden Buzzer

The Britain's Got Talent magician made a great first impression on the AGT: All-Stars Judges.

America's Got Talent: All-Stars finally has its first magician in the Finals. (And its second Aidan!)

How to Watch

Watch AGT: All-Stars on NBC and Peacock.

The magnetic Aidan McCann took the stage during the series' fourth round of Auditions, marking his second Got Talent appearance since he initially competed in 2020 on Britain's Got Talent.

"When I was watching the magicians on America's Got Talent as a kid, that made me want to kind of show my magic to a bigger audience," he said. "So I went to Britain's Got Talent when I was 11 years old... My biggest dream is to have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame."

For his first-ever performance in front of Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell, the 13-year-old pulled off an unexplainable comic book-themed illusion with the help of Terry Crews. As he was blindfolded, he had each Judge use various markers to color in a drawing of himself wearing a superhero costume. It then turned out that the tween knew exactly what the Judges were thinking before they even did, as he revealed that under his suit he—and Terry Crews—were wearing a superhero costume that matched the exact colors the Judges had picked.

Seeing as McCann's Act came directly after Sacred Riana's creepy return to the AGT stage, McCan was a welcome breath of fresh air.

"Thank God you're here," Cowell said. "That was unbelievable, seriously unbelievable."

Klum was so impressed that she awarded the tween with her Golden Buzzer of the season. "I don't know how you did it," she said. "You are incredible. I love the magic, but really it is you who is the magic, you really are. I think you're such a little star. You sparkled."

McCan now joins the ranks of fellow Golden Buzzer recipients Mike E. Winfield, the Detroit Youth Choir, and Light Balance Kids. Each were directly advanced to the Finals along with Superfan voted Acts Avery Dixon, Aidan Bryant, and the Bello Sisters.

Watch AGT: All-Stars Mondays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.
