How to Watch

Watch Young Rock on NBC and Peacock.

Young Rock Season 3 premieres Friday, November 4 at 8:30/7:30c on NBC.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Young Rock fans, it's time to celebrate. NBC officially renewed the sitcom, meaning Season 3 is definitely happening.

The comedy details the life of the very real celebrated movie star and WWE icon, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and the various stages of his life that lead to his (fictional) run for president in 2032. The series is both narrated and executive produced by Johnson himself.

"It's so cool and so exciting," Bradley Constant, who plays a teenage The Rock, told NBC Insider. "We're very lucky to be back for a Season 3...[Johnson] is a part of everything and will be on set, and it's definitely beneficial with the wrestling. Everything, he's a part of it, and it's beautiful to watch it come together."

Ahead, here's everything we know about the upcoming third season of Young Rock.

When is the Young Rock Season 3 release date?

Friday, November 4 at 8:30/7:30c on NBC. It will air at 8:30/7:30c on Friday nights right after the new comedy, Lopez. vs. Lopez

Will the original cast return?

The entire original cast will be returning for the third season of Young Rock. This includes Joseph Lee Anderson (Rocky Johnson), Stacy Leilua (Ata Johnson), Ana Tuisila (Lia Maivia), and all three actors who play younger versions of Johnson: Constant, Adrian Groulx, and Uli Latukefu.

What can we expect from the third season?

Since Season 2 ended with The Rock's shaky 1997 WrestleMania debut, we expect that the third will delve even deeper into his WWE career and rise as one of the country's most recognizable professional wrestlers. Constant told NBC Insider that he wants to see even more of the sport and share some screen time with his co-stars, whom he calls his "brothers."

"I love how last year we had the Christmas special where it was me, Adrian, and Uli," he says. "Every age of Dwayne—and Dwayne—in the same episode together, interacting with each other. If we could do something like that, but wrestle each other, that would be cool."

How can we watch?

With plenty of time to catch up on Young Rock, you can binge Seasons 1 and 2 on Peacock. Once Season 3 premieres, you'll be able to stream new episodes on Peacock the day after they air.
