It’s been a few years since Angelina Jordan stepped out onto the America’s Got Talent stage and astounded the Judges with her beautiful rendition of “Bohemian Rhapsody” but Judge Heidi Klum hasn’t forgotten about the teenage singing sensation.

How to Watch

Klum told NBC Insider at a recent red carpet event that she is “still friends” with the 17-year-old phenom, who she called a “beautiful singer.”

“She comes and visits me sometimes,” Klum said. “I always post about her because I think she’s such an amazing talent.”

Who is Angelina Jordan?

Klum bestowed the coveted Golden Buzzer on Jordan in 2020 during her audition for the second season of America’s Got Talent: The Champions.

Jordan — who won Norway’s Got Talent in 2014 at the tender age of 8 — got the crowd on their feet with her haunting and jazz-infused take on the Queen song.

Although she failed to make it into the top five that year, Jordan has gone on to achieve some major career milestones.

In July, Prelude Press announced that she had released a new EP “Old Enough” through her label, Republic Records.

She and Klum also joined forces again earlier this year when Jordan appeared on Germany’s Next Top Model alongside her famous supporter.

“You have a very special place in my heart, Heidi. I love you so much,” Jordan told Klum before singing a cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Valerie.”

“Aw, same. I love you,” Heidi replied. “I am excited for all of Germany to finally meet you too.”

Jordan isn’t the only Golden Buzzer recipient that Klum still keeps up with. The supermodel and business woman also stays  in touch with Sal Valentinetti, who she named as one of her favorite Golden Buzzer winners of all time.

“I love Sal, The Voice. He was one of my Golden Buzzers. I love him,” she told NBC Insider. “I still see him sometimes when he performs here in California.”

The 2016 AGT finalist and this generation’s Frank Sinatra was out traveling the country earlier this year, according to The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, crooning some of the classics and dishing about pizza.

To see how this year’s round of performers fare, tune in to America’s Got Talent Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8/7c on NBC. Or available streaming the following day on Peacock.
