Actor Bio

Megan Mullally stars as Leanne Parkins, a white supremacist prisoner and Rhonda's (Jenna Fischer) unlikely friend, on NBC's apocalyptic comedic drama "You, Me and the Apocalypse."
 
Mullally is best known for her two-time Emmy Award-winning and four-time SAG Award-winning role as Karen Walker on the hit NBC series "Will and Grace." She also had a recurring role on NBC's critically acclaimed series "Parks and Recreation" as the infamous Tammy Swanson. Her other television credits include "Breaking In," opposite Christian Slater; "Happy Endings," opposite Casey Wilson; and "Party Down." Mullally also stars as Chief on "Childrens Hospital" and as Gayle on the animated series "Bob's Burgers."  
 
Her film credits include "Everything Put Together," "Smashed," "Kings of Summer," "Anywhere But Here," "Fame," "Stealing Harvard," "Speaking of Sex," "Rebound," "The Pact," "Somebody Up There Likes Me" and the award-winning TV movie "Winchell." Mullally recently starred in "G.B.F.," "Hotel Transylvania 2" and "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day."
 
In 2009, Mullally's critically acclaimed performance as Beverly Wilkins in "The Receptionist" earned her the Backstage West Garland Award for Best Performance in a Play. She also earned a Backstage West Garland Award for Best Lead Actress in a Play and the Los Angeles Weekly Award for Best Leading Female Performance for her work in the play "The Berlin Circle." Her Broadway credits include "Grease," "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" (with Matthew Broderick), "Young Frankenstein" and "It's Only a Play" (with Nathan Lane), as well as the Off-Broadway production of "Annapurna" and "Guys and Dolls," opposite Nathan Lane at Carnegie Hall.
 
Mullally is also a recording artist and performs with her bands Supreme Music Program and Nancy and Beth. She has recorded three albums with Supreme Music Program, a fourth soon-to-be released with Nancy and Beth, and can be heard singing "You Took Advantage of Me" on the "Fame" soundtrack. She also performed the song "Long John Blues" in the movie "Burlesque."
