Founded in 2011, UPeepz originated as a dance team out of the University of the Philippines. In 2016, the crew competed in Hip Hop International’s World Hip Hop Dance Championship, where they won the gold. They returned to defend their title and successfully became the first-ever Filipino team to be two-time World Champions in the MegaCrew division. The Peepz brand is already known to the "World of Dance," as their junior crew, VPeepz, were crowned the divisional champs in Season 3 under the direction of UPeepz team captain and choreographer Chips Beltran. Having had a taste of global success with his junior team, Chips returns to “World of Dance” with his adult crew in the hopes of continuing the Peepz family's legacy of excellence.
