This phenom "on pointe" is a force to be reckoned with. Born and raised in Arizona, Maddy Penney is trained in various disciplines of dance, but found her stride in the ballet community. With a long list of accomplishments under her belt, a few highlights include winning the gold medal at the World Ballet Competition in 2015, the YAGP Hope Award in 2016, the Grand Prix ADC/IBC in 2016, the Youth America Grand Prix in 2017 and the bronze medal at the Beijing International Ballet Competition in 2018. Receiving numerous scholarship offers from prestigious ballet companies across the globe, Madison has the whole world at her feet. Showcasing traditional ballet movement with contemporary costumes and music, this talented teenager is revolutionizing this beautiful genre of dance, and what better place to do so than on the "World of Dance" stage!
