United Airlines CEO discusses holiday crowds, vaccine mandates, air rage

After the pandemic sidelined many holiday plans last year, Americans are taking to the skies in record numbers. Scott Kirby, CEO of United Airlines, joins TODAY live in the middle of the busiest travel week in nearly two years. He says that mandating that every United employee in contact with the public be vaccinated “seemed like the right thing to do.”
