Surge in COVID cases has Utah hospitals at the breaking point

Doctors in Utah are warning that if COVID-19 cases continue to rise there, hospitals will soon run out of ICU beds and doctors will be forced to start rationing care. NBC’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports for TODAY from Salt Lake City.
