Investigators are working to piece together a clear timeline and motive for the Uvalde, Texas school shooting that killed 19 kids and two teachers. A parent of a victim said he was upset police did not react and move into the school quickly. Chilling new video has emerged of the gunman running onto school grounds. NBC’s Tom Llamas reports for TODAY.
