Olympics medal ceremony will be changed due to COVID-19 concerns

With the Olympics only a week away, COVID-19 concerns are changing a number of Olympic traditions. Athletes will now take their medals from a tray instead of having them hung around their necks. NBC’s Tom Llamas reports for TODAY live from Tokyo.
