Louisiana congressman-elect dies of COVID-19 before starting term

Just days before he was to be sworn in, the coronavirus has claimed the life of soon-to-be Louisiana congressman Luke Letlow . The husband and father of two was 41. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY.
