House collapses into ocean along North Carolina’s Outer Banks

An unoccupied house along North Carolina’s Outer Banks was caught on camera collapsing into the ocean. The National Park service says this is the second house to fall into the sea on Tuesday. TODAY's Al Roker shares the weather forecast, including coastal concerns of strong surfs and chance of beach erosion.
