GM will stop making vehicles that use gasoline or diesel by 2035

On Thursday, General Motors announced its goal to end production of all diesel- and gasoline-powered cars, light-duty trucks and SUVs over the next 14 years. GM says it’s all part of a plan to be carbon-neutral by 2040.
