The Willamette Valley of Oregon has become one of the world’s premiere winemaking regions and one of its relative newcomers, CHO Wines, is breaking barriers as the first Korean-American winemakers in the state. NBC’s Kathy Park reports in this week’s Sunday Spotlight.
