Andrei Doroshin, a 22-year-old graduate student in Pennsylvania, shares how he and his classmates created a system that will allow 1,200 people per day get vaccinated at a rate of 150 vaccinations an hour. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
