Growing up in Southern California, Karly naturally turned to surfing and skateboarding to keep up with her two older brothers. In 2012, she was selected to skate in a commercial featuring professional snowboarder Shaun White. While she's an accomplished skater, Karly also has a love for music that she gets from her mother, who was a singer in a rock band and taught Karly everything she knows about performing. Karly, who is a singer and a songwriter, currently plays up to three shows a week around Orange County and Los Angeles, and has performed at the Greek Theatre and House of Blues.
