Davison found his voice during a choir solo in church at just 9 years old. Church choirs served as Davison's only musical training until he boldly created his own gospel group in the 10th grade and performed with the group around Little Rock. At 18, his parents got divorced and Davison left behind a full-ride scholarship to college to help his mom, who was facing financial troubles. Davison now works as a full-time supervisor at a superstore, but he still dreams of breaking out as a singer.
