How to Request Tonight Show Monologue Rehearsal TicketsOccasionally, we invite a very limited audience into the studio to watch Jimmy try out monologue jokes for that night’s show (and occasionally sketches). This is not a full taping. You can grab tickets to this behind-the-scenes experience by going to TONIGHTSHOWTIX.COM to see if a monologue rehearsal is happening on a day you'd like to attend.
You will need to sign up for 1iota to apply for monologue rehearsal tickets. We recommend you do this in advance of the ticket release, by going to Tonight Show Member Sign-Up.
When you apply for Monologue Rehearsal tickets, you will be placed onto a Monologue Rehearsal waiting list. This does not mean that you have a monologue rehearsal ticket. You will be notified only if tickets become available and we are able to move you from the waitlist.
Typically this notification occurs two weeks before the monologue rehearsal you’ve applied for, but if there are any last minute cancellations it may happen a day or two before.
Please note the timing of the Monologue Rehearsal usually conflicts with trying for Standby Tickets as you must return for the afternoon ticketing announcement. If you are not in standby line when the ticketing announcement is made, you will be placed at the end of the standby line and cannot maintain your original standby ticket number.
