Wolf Blitzer is the lead political anchor for CNN. He has been with the network since 1990 and hosts The Situation Room. After starting as CNN’s military affairs correspondent, Blitzer has gone on to cover every U.S. presidential election since 2004. Over the course of his career, Blitzer has interviewed a number of presidents, including Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter. He has also interviewed international leaders such as the Dalai Lama, Mikhail Gorbachev and Nelson Mandela.
