Chef Tim Hollingsworth

Tim Hollingsworth is a chef and restauranteur in Los Angeles. Hollingsworth began his career as a chef at The French Laundry before opening his own restaurant, Otium, in 2015. He competed on Netflix's The Final Table in 2018. Most recently, Hollingsworth collaborated with actor B.J. Novak to launch the gourmet chain restaurant food festival, ChainFEST.
