Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson is a drummer, producer, DJ and front man for the Grammy Award-winning band The Roots, who serve as the house band on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The Roots have released 14 studio albums since 1993, including the best-selling Things Fall Apart, The Tipping Point, Game Theory, Rising Down and How I Got Over. Questlove is also a New York Times bestselling author of four books. S.A. Cosby is a crime fiction writer. Cosby published his first crime novel, My Darkest Prayer, in 2019. Since then, Cosby has published two additional novels with 2021's Razorblade Tears debuting on the New York Times bestseller list. Questlove and S.A. Cosby wrote a book together entitled The Rhythm of Time, which was published in April 2023.
