Actor Michael Keaton is best known for starring in a series of comedic films throughout the 1980s, including 1982's Night Shift, 1983's Mr. Mom and 1988's Beetlejuice. A year later, he took on the iconic role of Batman in director Tim Burton's Batman and its 1992 sequel, Batman Returns. Keaton has worked steadily since then but enjoyed a career resurgence in 2014 when, after starring in director Alejandro González Iñárritu's Birdman, he won a Golden Globe and scored nominations for a SAG Award and an Oscar for his performance. Keaton next stars in The Protégé playing Rembrandt, which comes out August 2021.
