Matty Matheson is a Canadian chef, restauranteur and actor who stars in the FX series The Bear. Matheson is the owner of the takeout restaurant Matty’s Patty’s Burger Club and the restaurant Prime Seafood Palace, located in Toronto, Canada. As an actor, he appeared on the Vice show Munchies and hosted Viceland’s It’s Suppertime! and Dead Set on Life. Matheson can next be seen in Season 3 of The Bear, which premieres in June 2024.
