Lucinda Williams is a Grammy Award-winning country and folk singer. She has released 11 albums since the late 1970s, including her commercial breakthrough, 1998's Car Wheels on a Gravel Road, and her most recent, 2014's Down Where The Spirit Meets The Bone. The singer won a Best Country Song Grammy in 1993 for "Passionate Kisses;" Car Wheels on a Gravel Road was named Best Contemporary Folk Album in 1998; and in 2011, Williams won the Grammy for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance for the song "Get Right with God."
