TV Personality

Katie Couric is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and author. She co-hosted NBC's TODAY show from 1991 to 2006, when she left that position to anchor CBS Evening News, becoming the first solo female evening news anchor. Couric went on to host the daytime talk show Katie from 2012 to 2014 and most recently served as the global anchor of Yahoo! News from 2013 to 2017. She will next serve as co-host for the Olympic Opening Ceremony on NBC.
