James Taylor

James Taylor is a Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has released 16 albums since 1968, with 1970's Sweet Baby James, 1971's Mud Slide Slim and the Blue Horizon, 1972's One Man Dog, 1975's Gorilla, 1977's JT, 1979's Flag, 1981's Dad Loves His Work, 1997's Hourglass, 2002's October Road and 2008's Covers cracking the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 albums chart. Taylor scored his first No. 1 hit in 1971 with a cover of Carole King's "You've Got a Friend." In 2000, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Taylor's 19th studio album, American Standard, was released in February 2020.
