He has released over 29 books, some of which include "The Other Half of the Egg," "Essential Pépin," and "Jacques Pépin Quick & Simple." Additionally, Pépin has starred in TV series such as Julia & Jacques Cooking at Home, Top Chef, and Heart & Soul. Recently, he created a course, Jacques Pépin: A Legacy of Technique, on Rouxbe, the largest online culinary school. Additionally, he founded The Jacques Pépin Foundation, which focuses on free culinary and life skills training through community-based organizations.
