Henrik Lundqvist

Henrik Lundqvist is a five-time All-Star and Vezina Trophy-winning former professional ice hockey player known for playing on the New York Rangers. He also competed in the 2006 Winter Olympics for Sweden, in which they won the gold medal. In 2021, Lundqvist retired from the NHL, and his number was retired by the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden the following year. Lundqvist was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in November 2023. Most recently, he launched his campaign Life DisRPted, an initiative focused on raising awareness for the heart condition pericarditis in October 2024.
