English singer-songwriter and Grammy Award-winning artist Elvis Costello made his music debut with his album My Aim Is True in 1977. Shortly after, Costello formed The Attractions as his backing band and released his second album, This Year's Model, in 1978. His single "Oliver's Army," from his third album, charted at No. 2 in the U.K. for three weeks after its release in 1979. Since then, the artist has released more than 25 albums, including albums with another group, Elvis Costello & The Imposters, in addition to several singles and EPs. Costello released the LP The Boy Named If with The Imposters in January 2022. Most recently, Costello reunited with his former bandmate Allan Mayes and released their EP, Rusty: The Resurrection of Rust, in June 2022.
